This contract (“Contract”) is entered into and made effective as of January 1, 2025, by and between the Legal Traineeship Provider (“Provider”) and the Trainee (“Trainee”). WHEREAS, the Provider wishes to offer legal traineeships to qualified individuals, and the Trainee wishes to undertake a legal traineeship in accordance with the laws and regulations governing legal practice in Scotland; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Term Traineeship The traineeship shall commence on January 1, 2025, and shall continue for a period of 24 months, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Contract. 2. Responsibilities Trainee The Trainee shall diligently perform all tasks and assignments designated by the Provider and shall adhere to all rules and regulations of the legal practice in Scotland. 3.
